Are the trader profile and trading journal included in every plan?
Yes. Free, Plus, and Pro all include the persistent trader profile, trading journal, and visual review of saved trades.
What do Plus and Pro add?
Both remove the Free tier's daily message and token caps. Plus gives you 10× more AI usage than Free, and Pro gives you 20× more.
Can I switch between Plus and Pro?
There is no in-app tier switching. Cancel your current subscription, keep access until it expires, then subscribe to the other tier.
What happens when I hit the Free plan limits?
When you reach 10 messages or 200K tokens in a day, further AI chat requests pause until the next UTC day. Paid tiers remove these daily caps — 10× and 20× more AI usage than Free.
How does the referral program work?
When someone signs up through your link and buys their first Plus or Pro subscription, you earn $5 in wallet credit and they receive a $3 first-month discount.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit and debit cards through Paddle or LemonSqueezy. Plus and Pro can also be purchased using AlgoVistra wallet credit.
Can I cancel a paid subscription anytime?
Yes. Cancel through billing management and your paid access remains active until the current billing period ends. We do not offer partial-month refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.
Is there a paid-plan trial?
There is no separate Plus or Pro trial. The Free tier has no time limit, so you can evaluate the complete workspace before subscribing.
Does a subscription include financial advice or guaranteed signals?
No. Every plan provides market analysis, educational information, and decision-support tools. AlgoVistra does not provide financial advice, guarantee outcomes, or replace your own judgment and risk management.
