Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available for Pro subscription charges under the following conditions: (1) You request a refund within 7 days of the initial charge, (2) A billing error resulted in an incorrect or duplicate charge, or (3) A verified service outage prevented access to core platform features for 24+ consecutive hours. Refund eligibility is evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request." Include your account email, the transaction date and amount, and a brief explanation of why you are requesting the refund. You may also submit the contact form on our Help page. We will acknowledge your request within 1 business day.
Processing Timeline
Once we receive your refund request, we review it within 2 to 3 business days. If approved, the refund is initiated immediately. Card refunds typically appear on your statement within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. Wallet balance refunds are credited instantly upon approval.
Refund Method
Refunds are returned to the original payment method. If you paid by credit or debit card, the refund goes back to that card. If you paid using your AlgoVistra wallet balance, the amount is credited back to your wallet. We cannot redirect refunds to a different payment method from the one used for the original transaction.
Exceptions & Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds: (1) Wallet credits and referral rewards are non-refundable as they represent bonus funds, not purchased value. (2) Pro subscriptions canceled after 7 days from the initial charge. (3) Partial-month refunds for mid-cycle cancellations — your Pro features remain active until the end of the current billing period. This policy is also referenced in our Terms of Service.
